A letter from the founder: why we built CUBE

Every morning at 2B Simple I used to start by asking every team where things stood. By the time I had the full picture it was nearly noon, usually too late to decide anything.

We never lacked data; we had too many reports. What we lacked was anyone seeing how a number in one team connected to a decision in another.

CUBE came from one question: if an organization could see what changed, understand why, decide, act and learn on its own every day, how much time would leaders get back for what really matters?

We didn’t build another set of reports. We built a system that remembers what was seen, which way was chosen and what happened, so the next decision is better.
